Interview - Food Technology Teacher
Healthy eating and school dinners were brought into our documentary through the other interviews, so we decided to do an interview with a food teacher.
These were the question we asked her:-
1. Why do you think young people are choosing to make sandwiches instead of cooking a meal?
2. Do you think that sandwiches are a healthier option for lunch and why?
3. What are people's cooking skills like when they come to this school?
4. Tell me about the sandwich project you teach n year 7.
5. Why do you teach it?
6.Whats your percect lunch and why?
7. Do you think pupils should be taught healthy cooking from an earlier age and why?
8. Whats your favourite sandwich?
This interview was successfull, although we had to stop and start this interview a couple of times as we were in a classroom and pupils and other teachers would be talking or walking around. Overall, the teacher gave very detailed answers and we will be able to use most of the questions in our final documentary

Interview - Dinnerlady
We decided to include an interview with a nurse which led into our school dinners section.
The question we asked her were:-
1. School dinners have had alot of criticism over the years, why do you think this is?
2. How have school dinners changed over the years?
3. Tell me about the guidelines you have to follow when preparing school dinners.
4. What do you consider to be the perfect lunch and why?
5. What do students prefer to buy, hot meals or sandwiches and why do you thnk they are popular?
6. Do you think sandwiches are healthy? Explain.
7. What do you think are more healthy, school meals or packed lunches and why?
8. What do you do to attract students to healthier options?
9. What is your favourite sandwich?
This interview was successful, she gave long and full answers. We had also explained what we had to do the meet the codes and conventions of an interview, that way we didnt have to film the interview twice.

Stop Motion Animation - Title Scene
Whilst thinking of ways to do our title scene we came across a stop motion video on youtube of somebody making pancakes, so we thought it would be a good idea to do it making a sandwich. Although very time consuming we tried 3 different was to make it work such as using a video camera, a digital camera and a webcam.
The video camera didnt work as it would of taken a long time to edit the footage.
The digital camera didnt work because when we looked back at the pictures they changed from light to dark.
Our final option was a webcam that allowed us to view our picture before we took the next one, so if the lighting wasn't right we could change it for the next one.

Interview - School Nurse
From our first interview with the sandwich shop owner we had asked whether he thought sandwiches were a healthy option or not. So we decided to add in a healthy eating side to our documentary (although still based on healthy sandwiches), and went for a second opinion with The questions we asked her were:-
This interview was very successful as she gave full and long answers to the questions we asked her. The mise-en-scene was also good as we had her sat infront of healthy eating and sandwich posters.

Vox Pop
The quetion that we asked the people in our Vox Pop was "What is your favourite sandwich?". The filming was done in liscard which had to get filmed twice as the first one had wrong framing of the people, the sound quality wasnt good and because we had based the camera outside subway we found that people were reading from the window signs.
The second filming was much better as we had a better range of people from all ages, clearer sound, the right framing and we found that people didnt base their option on subway sandwiches.
